1.Who is responsible
Rocks Contracting & Trading FZ-LLC, trading as ROX Tactical, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, is responsible for personal information it processes for its own purposes through rox-tactical.com and related business communications. Privacy requests may be sent to info@rox-tactical.com with Privacy Request in the subject line.
This Policy covers website visitors, prospective customers, procurement contacts, distributors, suppliers and individuals involved in delivery, warranty and support matters. The website currently provides product information and an inquiry channel; it does not operate an online retail checkout. Information about an identifiable business contact is personal information even when provided in a professional capacity.
Independent suppliers, carriers, social networks or other organizations may act as separate controllers for their own processing. Their notices govern that processing. Where we act only on a customer's documented instructions as a processor, the relevant processing agreement and applicable law also govern our role.
2.Information and sources
When you contact us, we receive the information you provide, such as name, business email, telephone number, organization, role, message and requested product or project details. Our website contact form requests your name, email, organization and message. Please provide only information needed to handle the request.
Where a quotation or supply relationship progresses, related records may include authorized contacts, billing or delivery addresses, purchase and payment-reference information, quantities, sizes, delivery evidence and correspondence. A warranty or quality inquiry may include photographs, product or batch identification, proof of supply, use and care information and assessment records. We do not ask for full payment-card details or card security codes through the website inquiry form.
Website delivery and security can involve technical records such as IP address, request time, browser or device type, requested pages and error or security events. Additional information from optional analytics or similar tools is subject to the notices and controls described in section 6.
We receive information directly from you and, where relevant, from an authorized organizational contact, distributor, logistics provider or other party involved in the transaction. Compliance checks may use lawful public or official sources where necessary. We do not treat the mere public availability of information as unrestricted permission to use it.
Do not submit classified information, government identification documents, health details, biometric information or other unnecessary sensitive information through ordinary website forms. If specific information is necessary for a lawful purpose, we will explain the request and arrange an appropriate channel. Product photographs should avoid identifiable personnel, unit details and unrelated confidential material where possible.
3.Why we process information
We process relevant information to respond to inquiries; prepare and administer quotations and supply arrangements; communicate with authorized contacts; coordinate delivery; assess warranty, quality and safety matters; maintain necessary business records; protect systems; and meet applicable legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal rights.
Processing must have an applicable legal ground. Under the federal UAE personal data protection framework, we rely on consent where required, or a specific applicable exception, such as necessary steps requested by the individual in relation to a contract to which that individual is a party, performance of such a contract, fulfilment of a legal obligation, or necessary legal-claim or other expressly permitted processing. We do not rely on a general business or legitimate interest as a substitute for a legal ground under that framework.
A contract with an organization does not automatically make every employee a party to that contract. We assess the appropriate ground for processing its representatives' information separately and obtain consent where required. Additional laws applicable to a particular individual, location or activity may impose different requirements; any relevant supplemental notice will explain them.
Where consent is required, we explain the purpose and obtain an affirmative choice. Consent must be demonstrable and may be withdrawn through info@rox-tactical.com. Withdrawal does not invalidate earlier lawful processing; we may retain or process information where a separate lawful requirement or ground applies. Refusing optional marketing or analytics consent does not prevent you from making a business inquiry.
4.Who receives information
Access is limited to people and organizations that need the information for the relevant purpose. These can include authorized Company personnel and providers supporting website hosting, email, IT security and business record administration, subject to appropriate contractual and security requirements.
For a transaction or claim, necessary information may be shared with the relevant distributor, carrier, customs broker, inspection or repair provider, insurer, manufacturer or component supplier. Technical assessment material should be stripped of unnecessary personal and confidential information where feasible. A supplier's involvement does not authorize unrelated marketing use.
Information may also be disclosed to professional advisers, auditors, authorities or courts where lawfully necessary, or in connection with a lawful business transfer under appropriate confidentiality safeguards. Disclosure is limited to the purpose and legal basis concerned. We do not sell personal information for money. An inquiry or quotation request does not automatically subscribe you to promotional messages. Where marketing is permitted, we obtain any required separate consent and provide a straightforward way to stop future marketing. We do not use information for promotion where applicable law prohibits that use, including any applicable consumer-data restrictions.
You may withdraw a marketing choice by using the unsubscribe method in the message or emailing info@rox-tactical.com. Necessary responses, contract administration, product-safety notices and claim communications are separate from promotional marketing. A minimal suppression record may be retained where lawfully necessary to respect an opt-out.
6.Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies and similar technologies can store or access information on a device. Necessary technologies support functions such as security, delivery of a requested service and recording privacy choices. Optional technologies may support preferences, audience measurement or advertising, depending on what is actually deployed. These descriptions do not mean that every category is currently used.
Before activating an optional technology that requires consent, we will identify it and its provider, purpose and duration, explain any relevant third-party access or overseas processing, and provide a valid choice. Such technology must remain inactive until the required consent is given. Where a different lawful control is required, we will provide it. Advertising or profiling tools are not authorized merely by acceptance of website terms.

Business communications and service provision may involve processing outside the UAE. Before an international transfer takes place, we assess the applicable restrictions and establish the required lawful mechanism, contractual protections or other permitted safeguards. A supplier contract alone is not assumed to satisfy every transfer requirement.
You may request information about relevant recipient categories, destination countries and safeguards by contacting info@rox-tactical.com. We will provide the information required by applicable law without unnecessarily disclosing confidential security details or another person's information.
8.Retention
Information is retained only for the period necessary for its identified purpose and any applicable legal requirements. Unsuccessful inquiries are reviewed when follow-up is no longer reasonably needed; transaction records follow applicable accounting and legal retention requirements; warranty and safety records are linked to the relevant product obligations and claim periods; and technical records follow a proportionate security and operational schedule.
A specific legal hold may require restricted preservation for a dispute, investigation or safety matter. A hold does not authorize unrelated use. At the end of the applicable period, records are securely deleted or irreversibly anonymized, with backup copies removed through the applicable deletion cycle and access restricted in the meantime. You may request the retention period or determining criteria applicable to your information.
9.Security and restricted information
We maintain safeguards proportionate to the nature and risk of the information, including appropriate access controls, service-provider arrangements and incident-response procedures. No online channel is completely secure. Please contact us before sending sensitive procurement, personnel or security-related records so that a suitable channel can be arranged.
Where an incident requires notification, we notify the competent authority and affected individuals in accordance with applicable law. This Policy does not replace obligations governing government data, restricted information or a separately regulated data category.
10.Your rights and requests
Depending on applicable law, you may request information about processing and recipients; access to or a copy of your information; correction; erasure where eligible; restriction or cessation of processing; portability where applicable; withdrawal of consent; and the protections applicable to direct marketing and solely automated decisions.

Do not send identification documents unless reasonably required and requested through an appropriate channel. An authorized representative may act with appropriate evidence of authority.
We respond within the legally applicable period, explain relevant exceptions or extensions, and identify available complaint routes where required. Exercising a right will not result in unlawful discrimination. You may complain to the UAE Data Office or another competent authority where the relevant law provides jurisdiction. Where another privacy regime governs the processing, its authority and rights apply as appropriate.
11.Automated decisions and children
Technical filtering may assist security and spam prevention. An inquiry, order or warranty claim is not intended to be finally determined solely by an automated process with legal or similarly significant effects without the safeguards required by applicable law. Contact us to request review of an outcome you believe is incorrect.
The website is intended for adult professional contacts and is not directed to children. We do not seek children's personal information through it. If a child has supplied information, contact us so that we can assess and address it under the applicable law, including deletion where required. This statement does not establish a universal age threshold for every jurisdiction.
12.Changes and contact
We update this Policy when relevant practices or legal requirements change. The version date will be revised, and material new purposes or technologies will be accompanied by the notice or consent required before implementation. Introducing retail checkout will require updated information about payments, customer accounts and other new processing before those activities begin.
