1.Operator and current scope
This website, rox-tactical.com, is operated by Rocks Contracting & Trading FZ-LLC, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, trading as ROX Tactical (the Company, we, us or our). Contact: info@rox-tactical.com.
The website presents military, tactical, officer, running and other footwear for business, government and institutional evaluation and inquiries. It does not currently provide a retail checkout or accept direct consumer purchases online. A product listing, catalogue download or inquiry is not a supply contract or a promise of availability.
These Terms govern website use to the extent enforceable under applicable law. They do not replace a signed supply agreement, accepted quotation, procurement contract, confidentiality agreement or mandatory law. No person may bind an organization without the required authority.
2.Supply contracts and document priority
Products are supplied only under a quotation, order acceptance or agreement accepted in writing by duly authorized representatives. An automated message or acknowledgement of an inquiry confirms receipt only. A purchase order is not accepted merely because it has been received.
For a supply transaction, mandatory law prevails first, followed by the expressly agreed order of precedence in the contract. If no order is specified, the signed supply agreement and agreed amendments prevail over the accepted quotation or order confirmation, which prevail over policies expressly incorporated into that transaction. These website Terms govern website use and apply to a supply transaction only to the extent validly incorporated. A customer's standard terms are not accepted merely by receipt of its purchase order.
The applicable specification, quantity, sizes, approved samples, price, currency, payment schedule, delivery term, inspection procedure, warranty and dispute procedure should be identified in the supply documents. No change to an accepted specification or delivery obligation is made solely by updating the website.
3.Website information and product selection
We aim to provide accurate information and may correct errors and update prospective product information. Photographs, screen colours and material textures may vary from actual products. Production tolerances apply only to the extent consistent with the agreed specification and applicable law. A material substitution or change affecting an accepted order requires the approval required by that order.
Features, branded components and optional equipment vary by model, configuration and production version. An optional feature is included only when specified in the accepted order. Buyers should request the current technical data sheet and confirm the configuration before ordering.
Choose footwear for the intended activity, fit, environment and required protection. Tactical, military, officer or running descriptions do not by themselves establish certification as personal protective equipment or approval by a military or government body. Formal shoes and running shoes must not be treated as protective safety footwear unless the specific configuration is expressly rated for that purpose.
4.Performance statements and certifications
Any performance rating, test result or certification applies only to the identified product or component, configuration, standard edition and stated test conditions. A component test or a supplier's reputation does not establish certification of the complete footwear. Management-system certification, including certification to ISO 9001 or ISO 14001, relates to the certified entity and scope and is not itself footwear product certification.
Slip resistance does not mean slip-proof performance. Traction depends on the surface, contamination, wear, movement and care. Waterproof or water-resistant performance depends on the specified construction, closure, condition and exposure limits. Protective toe, electrical, thermal, puncture and chemical protection apply only where expressly specified and supported for the product concerned.
No footwear can eliminate every risk of injury. Users and employers must assess relevant hazards, select appropriate footwear, arrange correct fitting, follow care instructions and inspect condition before use. Stop using footwear when damage or wear may compromise safety. These statements do not reduce conformity obligations, an express contractual promise or any non-excludable legal duty.
5.ROX intellectual property
Subject to third-party rights, website text, photographs, graphics, videos, catalogues, drawings, software and other original material are owned by or licensed to the Company. ROX Tactical brand assets and any product names, designs or other identifiers are protected to the extent recognized by applicable intellectual property law. References to current or earlier models do not claim ownership of third-party technology, public-domain material or rights that do not legally exist.
Except for the permission in section 7, an applicable statutory exception or separate written authorization, you must not reproduce, modify, commercially distribute or republish protected website material, remove ownership notices, use ROX identifiers to misrepresent origin or affiliation, or use protected material to facilitate counterfeiting or infringement. No patent, registered design or trademark registration is asserted merely by inclusion of an item on the website.
6.Third party trademarks and materials
Third-party names, marks and logos remain the property of their respective owners. These may include Vibram, Soles by Michelin, Michelin, Goodyear, Sympatex, CORDURA, Schoeller, 3M, Thinsulate and YKK, together with identified technology or product marks displayed in connection with a particular component.
A reference to a branded component describes that component only for the model and configuration in which it is specified. It does not mean that all ROX products contain it, that the brand owner manufactures the complete footwear, or that a supplier gives a separate warranty to the purchaser. Any supplier warranty applies only under its own expressly applicable terms; the Company's obligations remain as stated in its contract, warranty and applicable law.
No endorsement, sponsorship, agency, joint development or other relationship is represented beyond an expressly identified relationship supported by the applicable agreement. Nothing in these Terms grants the Company rights it does not possess, authorizes an otherwise unauthorized use, or grants visitors a licence to any third-party mark, image, drawing or technology.
Third-party assets must not be extracted, altered or reused without the necessary permission or other lawful entitlement. Requests concerning attribution, brand use or suspected infringement may be sent to info@rox-tactical.com, identifying the material, its website location and the rights concerned.
7.Permitted evaluation and catalogue use
You may browse the public website and retain reasonable copies of material expressly made available for download for internal product evaluation, procurement review and recordkeeping, with ownership notices intact. Sharing within the relevant procurement team and with professional advisers is permitted for that evaluation, subject to any stated confidentiality or third-party restrictions.
This permission does not authorize public republication, resale, manufacturing use, misleading dealer status, or inclusion of supplier logos in advertising. Permission to submit ROX materials with an external tender or to use them in dealer marketing must be obtained separately unless already covered by a written agreement. Information that must legally be retained may be retained for that purpose.
No technical data, drawings, tooling files or samples supplied under confidentiality restrictions become public merely because related products appear on the website. Mandatory legal exceptions remain unaffected.
8.Prohibited website use
You must not compromise security or availability; introduce malicious code; bypass access controls; impersonate a person or organization; harvest personal information; or use the website for fraud, infringement or other unlawful activity.
Automated copying, bulk extraction and use of protected content for model training or competing commercial databases require permission except where applicable law permits otherwise. Ordinary public search indexing is permitted in accordance with published access instructions. No restriction here overrides a right that cannot lawfully be limited.
9.Inquiries and confidential submissions
You retain rights in material you submit. You authorize us to receive, store, reproduce internally and share it with personnel and service providers only as reasonably necessary to assess and respond to your inquiry, administer an agreed transaction and comply with law, subject to applicable confidentiality and privacy obligations.
Submitting a tender document, photograph, technical specification or message does not grant a licence to publish it in advertising or use your organization's name, logo or testimonial. Any promotional use requires separate permission from an authorized rights holder. A separately agreed confidentiality arrangement prevails over this section.
Do not send classified, security-restricted, export-controlled or unnecessary sensitive information through an ordinary contact form or email. Arrange an approved secure channel and any necessary confidentiality agreement first. You must be authorized to provide information about other people or organizations.
10.Privacy and third party links
Our Privacy and Cookie Policy explains personal information processing and related choices. It is a notice, not a blanket consent to every form of processing. Sending an inquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing.
External websites and independent services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not by itself establish endorsement. This does not exclude responsibility that applicable law places on us for service providers acting on our behalf.
11.Warranty delivery and returns
The ROX Tactical Limited Footwear Warranty and Commercial Shipping Returns and Refund Policy apply as stated in those documents and as incorporated into the relevant supply arrangement. Negotiated terms and mandatory rights take priority as provided in section 2.
There is no general website promise of retail change-of-mind returns. A lawful defect, non-conformity, safety, cancellation or refund right is not removed by describing a buyer as a business or institution.
12.Website availability and responsibility
We may maintain, change or suspend the website for reasonable operational, security or legal reasons. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that general website information is suitable for an undisclosed application. This does not disclaim an express product representation, a supply obligation or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Liability concerning supplied products is governed by the applicable supply agreement, express warranty and mandatory law. These website Terms do not automatically impose a purchase-price cap on a separate procurement contract.
To the extent lawfully agreed and permitted, neither party is liable under these website-use Terms for indirect or consequential business loss arising solely from website access or interruption. Nothing excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any personal injury, defective-product, privacy, consumer or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
13.Trade compliance
Transactions remain subject to applicable export, import, customs, sanctions, anti-bribery and end-use requirements. We may request proportionate end-user or destination information through an appropriate channel. Any suspension, rejection or cancellation must follow applicable law and the relevant agreement, including any payment or refund obligations. A tactical product description alone is not a determination of export classification.
14.Governing law and disputes
These website-use Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, subject to mandatory laws and jurisdiction rules. Please first contact info@rox-tactical.com so that we can seek to resolve a concern. This does not prevent urgent relief, a regulatory complaint or action needed to preserve a legal deadline.
A supply dispute follows the valid dispute-resolution provision in the applicable supply agreement. Arbitration applies only where agreed in a valid written arbitration agreement by persons with the required authority; website browsing alone is not an agreement to arbitrate. In the absence of an applicable arbitration agreement, disputes are submitted to the courts having jurisdiction under applicable law.
15.Changes and future retail sales
Changes apply prospectively from publication or a later stated effective date. They do not retroactively change accepted orders, existing confidentiality obligations or accrued rights. The version incorporated into a transaction remains applicable unless a lawful amendment is agreed.
If direct retail sales are introduced, the relevant retail terms, delivery information, cancellation rights, warranty disclosures, privacy notices and legally required language versions will be made available before an order is placed. Their future introduction does not create a retail purchasing facility or retail return promise today.
16.Contact and mandatory rights
For website, legal, intellectual property or policy questions, contact Rocks Contracting & Trading FZ-LLC, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, at info@rox-tactical.com or through rox-tactical.com. Identify the relevant page, product or transaction without disclosing unnecessary sensitive information.
If a provision is unenforceable, it applies only to the extent permitted and the remaining provisions continue where legally possible. No policy overrides rights, remedies or obligations that applicable law makes mandatory.
